The problem is, I don't have a Windows Setup CD-ROM or never even got one for my laptop. My Laptop is a ECE ELITEGROUP A535.I got it from my grandmom. She used it as a business computer with Windows XP Home Edition when I got it. But she took it to the shop to get it fixed and now it's Professional Edition Service Pack 2. Then I installed Service Pack 3.Anybody has any websites or info on how to fix this problem or knows how to fix this kind of situation?

Well I got good news and bad news.the good news is, I find a CD that came with the computer that I find in the laptop suitcase that was the product recovery disc.the bad news, I thought it was going to reovery it and it did.but it recovered it back to XP Home Edition and not Professional.and all my files are gone. I'm happy to have my computer back to normal but I just wish I could of had it just still professional but it's cool. I just wish that idea with the XP Pro image file worked for me, because I thought that I find the file from ISOhunt.com but it just really didn't work after trying to put it on a disk but it's still cool because I got my laptop back, plus I got way more space on than before but hopefully I get a new laptop, because really.I can't back up anything on it but.I still got a working laptop better than a dead one.
